| Overview: |
Tellers are required to provide prompt and superior customer service, in addition to promoting and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services. Other responsibilities include executing customer transactions, and completing efficient daily settlements and batches.

| Responsibilities: |
- Provides fast, accurate and courteous service.
- Performs daily settlement and batches.
- Cross-sells related Bank products and services.
- Batches and submits work according to scheduled times.
- Processes customer transactions in accordance with Teller Policy.
- Assists Head Teller in Teller related duties.
- Completes assigned reports/inventory.
- Services ATMs.
- Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, as well as Bank operation policies and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as requested.

| Qualifications: |
High school diploma/GED and at least nine months previous cash handling experience required. Qualified applicants will have an attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a professional manner. This position requires travel to other branches on a temporary or permanent basis. Century Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
