  • Overview

    To provide an excellent first impression and overall pleasant experience for all visitors and customers at the main office of Century Bank.

    Responsibilities

    • Greets branch and building visitors.
    • Announces upper floor guests.
    • Directs visitors to the appropriate areas.
    • Monitors security screens and elevators.
    • Coordinates after hours entry and egress for events. 
    • Answers questions and assist visitors and employees.
    • Provides administrative support as needed.
    • Provides assistance to other departments for project related activities.
    • Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, as well as Bank operation policies and procedures.
    • Performs additional duties as requested.

    Qualifications

    The qualified candidate will have previous customer service experience, an enthusiastic attitude, good PC skills and excellent communication skills.  Professional appearance and demeanor is required.
