    Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. More or less hours per day depending upon the volumes received. Minimum of 1 Saturday per month at 4 hours per Saturday.
  • Overview

    To coordinate and prepare the work from the mail side for processing
    on the Wausau System.

    Responsibilities

    (E)  Essential

    • Coordinate the workflow focusing on deadlines, downtime, and productivity according to department procedures and customer specifications. 
    • Assign and document the distribution of the work.
    • Monitor/coordinate workflow in conjunction with the Mail, Exceptions, Floor Coordinators and Image Coordinator, utilizing equipment and personnel.
    • Motivate staff and maintain a productive environment.
    • Monitor audit trail quality on the Burroughs Transports.
    • Present job cards to the Transport Operators according to/prior to deadline.
    • Place and review vendor service calls with Supervisor, escalating when necessary, so as to reduce risk of impact to our customers or the bank.
    • Notify Management immediately of any issues that may impact customers, personnel, or the bank, as it pertains to the services provided to them.
    • Monitor/review/approve/complete various daily, weekly, monthly documentation.
    • Train/cross-train associates.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, key associates, management, vendors, and internal/external customers.
    • React to and respond to issues or problems that arise immediately.

    (M) Marginal

    • Operate Sorter and perform data completion as volume warrants.
    • Train and cross-train on varies functions throughout both the RPS System and Lockbox Department.
    • Other duties as assigned. 





    Qualifications

    Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of the Wausau RPS processing system. 
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be a team-player with the ability to multi-task.
    • Possess good estimation/projections skills, strong communicator, sound follow-through, and flexibility.
    • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to learn and comprehend at a fast pace. 
    • Excellent organizational, communication, problem resolution skills.
    • Requires standing for the majority of the shift.
