Monitor Helpline and provide initial customer contact. Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports. Serve as Administrative Assistant for Information Technology department.
High School diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training. Possesses an understanding of basic computer systems hardware and software and has knowledge of office applications.
Is able to read and interpret documents and to write routine reports and correspondence. Comfortable speaking before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Demonstrates good reasoning and customer service skills.
