  • Overview

    Monitor Helpline and provide initial customer contact.  Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports.  Serve as Administrative Assistant for Information Technology department.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor Helpline and provide basic customer assistance.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports.
    • Serve as Administrative Assistant for department. 
    • Set up and break down audio-visual equipment for meetings. 
    • Monitor and/or ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering, in addition to, bank operation policies and procedures. 
    • Perform additional duties as requested.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training. Possesses an understanding of basic computer systems hardware and software and has knowledge of office applications. 

     

    Is able to read and interpret documents and to write routine reports and correspondence. Comfortable speaking before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Demonstrates good reasoning and customer service skills.
