Under the general direction of the Director of Lockbox/Proof & Transit Services, ensures the effective operation of the Bank’s Lockbox functions in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.
Oversees and directs the daily processing of the Lockbox work thru the use of the Wausau Image RPS application to ensure accurate, timely processing in conformance with internal policies and procedures and customer requirements.
Responsible to maintain quality and productivity standards of the personnel operating the application and make recommendations for operational and/or automated enhancements to the application.
Manages assigned Lockbox personnel by:
Develops, recommends and implements departmental policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency and maintain quality control.
Provides for maintenance, servicing and operational effectiveness of machinery and equipment to maximize utilization and output. Acts as liaison with vendors, resolves related problems and issues, escalating when necessary, and maintains logs of servicing and down time.
Balances and completes the individual customer monthly volume totals by service type to ensure accurate and timely billing input for Account Analysis.
Responsible for Lockbox Compliance matters as follows:
Participates in development of annual budget including full responsibility for the LBX disaster recovery plan and site. Administers departmental budget, monitors expenses and makes modifications as necessary.
Coordinates and maintains ImageRPS User Application and Network Security Authorizations.
Performs special projects and assumes additional responsibilities and assignments as assigned.
Administers safety program and establishes safety objectives for area of responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, plus specialized training in bank operations. At least five years of lockbox/transit management experience including general HR, operational, and system responsibilities. Must be able to demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills along with capabilities relative to system operations.
