Position involves assisting management with day to day work flow and processing of functions completed by department staff, as well as the support for operational functions in regards to, Online Banking and all related services, Online account opening of deposit and loan products. Account Reconcilement, Wire Processing, Remote Deposit Support, System monitoring and vendor relations. Perform various balancing, reconciliation and processing duties in the Electronic Services Department.
High school diploma plus 3-5 years of related experience required. Working knowledge of computer applications. Applicant should be familiar with online banking services.
Prior management experience preferred. Prior banking experience preferred. Individual must possess customer service skills, be detail oriented and have an understanding of reconcilement practices.
