    Work Schedule
    Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. More or less hours per day depending upon the volumes received. Minimum of 1 Saturday per month at 4 hours per Saturday.
  • Overview

    Organize, sort, and assign the work/mail according to priority. Monitor the Lockbox workflow by overseeing and directing the staff. Work closely with key associates, management, vendors, and internal/external customers through effective communication to insure the mail is opened in accordance with customer specifications and schedules.

    Responsibilities

    • Work within a team of Coordinators to organize, sort, assign, and monitor the processing of the work/mail, utilizing equipment and personnel optimally to obtain the highest level of productivity with the least cost per item.
    • Monitor quality on the Opex 150 IEM.
    • Ensure the daily work is completed according to department procedures and customer specifications and deadlines.
    • Participate in the daily Operational meetings to share information pertinent to the overall workflow and individual customer deadlines from the departmental perspective.
    • React to and respond to issues or problems that arise immediately.
    • Place and review vendor service calls with Supervisor, escalating when necessary, so as to reduce risk of impact to customers or the bank.
    • Notify Management immediately of any issues that may impact customers, personnel, or the bank, as it pertains to the services provided to them.
    • Monitor/review/approve/complete various daily, weekly, monthly documentation.
    • Train/cross-train new and existing staff members.
    • Create, document, and maintain departmental procedures and customer specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, key associates, management, vendors, and internal/external customers in an effort to create a positive and productive environment.
    • Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and  regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.
    • Operate Opex 150 IEM, and various mail extractors.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications

    Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

    Banking Operations experience with leadership responsibilities, preferred.

     

    Strong leadership and effective interpersonal skills, strong communicator, logical thought process, sound follow-through, and flexibility, must be a team-player with the ability to multi-task and possess good estimation/projection skills.

     

    Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel are required.

      

    Must be able to stand throughout the majority of the shift.

    Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
