  • Overview

    Under the direction and supervision of the Branch Manager, proactively builds/maintains relationships with existing clients and prospects.  Attracts, develops and retains branch relationships. Provides quality customer service and sales through knowledge of Century Bank products, policies and procedures. Ability to recognize customers’ banking needs and recommend an appropriate package of products and services. 

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
    • Research prospective clients in branch market, pursue leads and follow through to win the business
    • Plan, set and execute company onsites to bring new relationships to the bank
    • Attend networking events in the area to build relationships within the community
    • Provides a variety of customer service and assistance functions effectively and efficiently
    • Opens new accounts and other bank products in compliance with established policies and procedures
    • Monitors and/or ensures compliance with federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, as well as Bank operation policies and procedures
    • Participates and supports the internal branch sales initiatives and goals
    • Ensures that branch security is in compliance with established security program and procedures; opens and closes branch office
    • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested

    Qualifications

    The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of previous supervisory experience in a customer service/platform branch setting. Skills should include: attention to detail, strong problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. PC skills including Word are necessary.


    This position is subject to the SAFE Act because you may act in the capacity of a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). As such you will be required to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and to maintain this registration in good standing.
