Position involves processing and support for operational functions with Wire Transfers as well as Online Banking Product. Processing of domestic and international, incoming and outgoing wire requests received through numerous channels throughout the day. In addition, provide excellence in customer servicing of our Online Banking Cash Management, and other related services. Provide support over the phone to customers in regards to wires as well as other bank offered online banking products and services.
High School or equivalence required. 1-3 years of prior related experience required. Working knowledge of computer applications.
Individual must possess customer service skills, be detail oriented and have an understanding of banking practices.
