Position involves processing and support for operational functions with Cash Management Support, Online Banking and all related services. Wire Transfers including domestic and international requests. Provide support over the phone to customers using our online banking products and services.
High School or equivalence required. 1-3 years of prior related experience required. Working knowledge of computer applications.
Individual must possess customer service skills, be detail oriented and have an understanding of banking practices.
