Under the direction and supervision of the Branch Manager, the Head Teller is responsible for helping the branch achieve its sales, service and operational goals by ensuring the Teller Line is functioning as required by Bank policies and procedures.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of previous Teller experience or previous Head Teller experience or its equivalency. Skills should include: a good aptitude for figures, attention to detail, strong problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. PC skills including Word are necessary.
This position requires travel to other branches on a temporary or permanent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
