To prepare written credit analyses of new and existing loans for both C & I borrowers as well as Commercial Real Estate transactions.
At least 2 years of commercial credit analysis experience, solid writing skills, well-developed organizational skills, and accounting knowledge equivalent to an advanced accounting course. Understanding of all types of real estate transactions including construction, mini-perms, residential, residential subdivisions, commercial, industrial, and office as well as mixed-use properties. A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA/MA in business or finance is preferred.
