  • Overview

    Become an integral member of the Bank's internal marketing and sales agency. The manager will take a hands-on approach developing and implementing strategies to attract, deepen and retain clients. Lead strategic product management, planning, promotion and development including directing sales and marketing activities for all product lines.


    • Take the lead organizing and building strong partnerships with internal and external clients to accomplish marketing and sales objectives.
    • Provide strategic and tactical best-in-class advertising practices to drive sales and increase revenue.
    • Manage collateral and direct production including cost management, quality and time to market.
    • Coordinate multiple media channels to promote consistent messaging regarding brand, sales and service.
    • Provide strategic and tactical best-in-class advertising practices to drive sales and increase revenue.
    • Propose, study and evaluate the sales delivery process, as well as new and existing products, to identify efficiency improvements and provide input for enhancements to maximize revenue return.
    • Produce and manage sales and marketing program plans, briefs and projects to achieve milestones while all compliance, operations and legal aspects are addressed.
    • Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to create, manage and lead full cycle sales programs and product development.
    • Manage marketing and sales channels and associated priorities as assigned.
    • Maintain and develop product and program disclosures, regulatory compliance activities while limiting risk.
    • Lead cross business line strategies to maximize the client experience.
    • Exercise initiative and problem solving skills to independently resolve issues.
    • Develop detailed project plans and "traffic" production and development activities.
    • Actively participate in sales training of branch staff and various department teams.
    • Responsible for copy development.
    • Attention to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation.


    • Financial/banking experience a plus, but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing/communications
    • Five plus years experience marketing in diverse channels, including digital, TV/Video, radio, print, direct mail, social media, Email and client facing presentations.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Internet/mobile proficiency
    • Passionate about marketing while contributing both tactically and strategically
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail/deadlines a must
    • Ability to organize and manage many priorities and be able to interface with a variety of department and personnel in a fast paced environment


    Agency experience a plus, but not required

    Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or extensive sales and marketing experience


    Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office and other software needed to operate a marketing operation


    Special Requirements: Skills developing copy and creative
