  • Overview

    Demonstrates high quality customer service skills in the selling of Century Bank’s suite of electronic products with an emphasis on Merchant Services as well as providing ongoing service and support of those customers.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Research, train and maintain knowledge of current Electronic Banking Products.
    • Prepare proposals for outbound sales team and complete application processes.
    • Contact existing customer base to assist with PCI compliance and cross sell opportunities
    • Meet with customers/potential customers for demonstrations, business presentations and ongoing servicing and support.
    • Provide quality customer service to customers and branch associates for products and services provided by Electronic Services. 
    • Assist customers with support inquiries in regards to Merchant services.
    • Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.
    • Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State Laws and Regulations; including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank Operation policies and procedures.
    • Attend internal and external training as required.
    • Track activity of referrals and sales for department and provide reporting on a scheduled basis.  
    • Communicates job related information and problems to Management.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Dependable, self-motivated and positive attitude
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • 1-3 years of prior sales related experience
    • Computer Skills with Microsoft Office Software
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time for large volume of work
