  • Overview

    Position involves processing and support for operational functions with Wire Transfers as well as Online Banking Product. Processing of domestic and international, incoming and outgoing wire requests received through numerous channels throughout the day. In addition, provide excellence in customer servicing of our Online Banking Cash Management, and other related services. Provide support over the phone to customers in regards to wires as well as other bank offered online banking products and services.



    • Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.
    • Provide quality Customer Service and assistance to customers and internal customers with a timely resolution.
    • Process operational functions within a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality in accordance with policies and procedures
    • Receive requests for outgoing domestic and international wire transfers and process accordingly.
    • Process requests for online banking setup and services.
    • Respond and resolve fraud alerts for various customer activities using multiple systems
    • Monitor alerts for suspicious activity within online banking and take actions as necessary.
    • Attend internal/external training sessions as required.
    • Compile monthly reports for statistical purposes.
    • Communicate job related information and problems to Manager/Supervisor.
    • Other duties as assigned.  



    High School or equivalence required. 1-3 years of prior related experience required. Working knowledge of computer applications.

    Individual must possess customer service skills, be detail oriented and have an understanding of banking practices.
