Responsible for Loan Operations Departmental Supervision, workflow, and system parameters review and maintenance. Responsible for various quality reviews to ensure compliance with bank regulations and policies. Resolves internal and external customer inquiries including system problems and issues. Mentors and assists with training newer team members. Reviews and provides feedback on possible system enhancements and improvements. Provides backup on other job functions within Loan Operations during vacations and other absences as required.
